Reiki – Angelic Reiki – Craniosacral Therapy – Reflexology – Massage – Indian Head Massage – Pilates
Zoe’s life has been a journey of discovery as she has learned to trust her inner wisdom and intuition, stay grounded, speak her truth and work hard with honesty and integrity. She believes that life is for living, it should be fun and full of joy. Her aim in life is to inspire people to believe in themselves even when the road they are travelling seems dark and life has become a struggle.
Zoe is a mother of three beautiful boys, and used everything she has learned about positive thinking, reiki and angel healing to have three natural, pain free births. Following the birth of her third son, she suffered from postnatal depression, and can relate to anyone suffering from this terrible illness. She has worked with and supported people suffering from this and other forms of depression as well as helping people deal with grief.
She has also worked with and personally supported people suffering from cancer, and believes that holistic therapies when used alongside medical treatments can help to ease side effects and aid healing, promoting emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Zoe’s professional life started with an Honours degree in Physical Education, and she taught P.E. and Guidance for five years in both Primary and Secondary schools. From there she qualified as a Stott Pilates teacher, running her own business teaching numerous classes including classes at Gleneagles Hotel and Keavil Hotel. She then completed an ITEC Diploma in Massage, Anatomy and Physiology, and also qualified in Zumba, taking very popular classes of over 100 participants!
She is a Usui Reiki Master and Teacher, and an Angelic Reiki practitioner. She qualified in Craniosacral Therapy at the Upledger Institute, and has an ITEC Diploma in Reflexology. She also offers Indian Head Massage and teaches spiritual development.
She has provided in-service training within schools, teaching relaxation techniques, and has worked with professional footballers, gymnasts and dancers as well as doctors, teachers and physiotherapists.
She has been involved in the beauty industry for 18 years. She stated out training at Perth College and then went to work in salons. After 7 years Susan went to work at The Spa by Espa at Gleneagles Hotel. She spent 4 years working there before returning to a salon.
Susan offers a variety of treatments from waxing to manicures and pedicures (a particular favourite), shellac and facials. She is hoping to bring some of what she has learned at Gleneagles to Heart and Soul Holistic Centre.
Imagine for a moment a time when things really flowed for you positively. What were you doing? Who were you with? What did you feel at the time? Does thinking about that time make you wish you could apply that flow again and again? The thing is other ‘stuff’ just gets in the way, doesn’t it? You’re busy most of the time and have little space for relaxing or just for you. The more you do, the further away that flow gets.
Many of Peter’s clients started from that exact point and as a result of the work they completed together experienced significant change in their lives, including better health, relationships and work performance. Peter has seen a client change from being very shy to someone who became confident enough to deliver great presentations and talk easily to groups. Some have managed to completely change negative habits that held them back in their relationships, others changed old beliefs and values that they no longer felt to be true. Many have developed the skills to manage time and create a great work/life balance. Why not you?
Peter provides each client with a unique personal experience delivered in a stress free and very relaxed environment at the Heart and Soul Holistic Centre, Kinross, using a fusion of traditional Reiki with modern Neuro-linguistic programming techniques, the results of which, help you live and manage your life better.

Heather will be providing Emmett Technique and Reflexology on Monday’s at Heart and Soul.
Originally from N Ireland, Heather has recently returned to live in Scotland from Australia where she spent the last 25 years (plus) studying and working within the complementary therapy industry.
In the last 14 years she has been specialising in Reflexology and the Emmett Technique.
She will use Sally Kay’s technique (UK) of Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage technique which has gained much success in achieving outstanding reduction of lymphatic overload from the body.
The Emmett technique – founded in Australia by Ross Emmett (www.emmett-uk.co.uk/) is based on the theory that a ‘light touch’ applied to specific points on the body which contain small sensory receptors, can instigate a unique relaxation response within specific muscle groups. This technique is used primarily to assist with pain relief and most people will report an immediate and significant improvement to their presenting symptoms. However – many people now find that this technique also can assist with feelings of great wellbeing within the body.
Heather met Ross Emmett at a conference in Brisbane in 2004 where she saw how instantly a person could achieve great pain reduction from use of this wonderful therapy and since then has been trained specifically by Ross. She maintains contact with Ross Emmett and continues to attend his courses world wide.
She has also trained many people from all walks of life in both Australia and N Ireland, with the short one day Emmett course called ‘Emm-Tech’.
In 2018 she was invited by Ross Emmett to present a paper at an International Conference in Cairns, Qld Australia promoting the effects of the combination of Reflexology with the Emmett technique. This presentation achieved much interest amongst patrons at the Conference.
Heather is delighted to be working at Heart and Soul in Kinross and looks forward to assisting people and training those interested in the one day Emm Tech course.
I’m Zinaida – a relaxologist and a holistic therapist.
Following the arrival of our twins on the 30th week of pregnancy and some very tough first 7 months I found myself in a deep state of depression, frustration, not knowing where I was ‘going’ to and how I could help myself.
It was then when I found a Reiki practitioner who helped me a lot. I realized that alternative therapies have a huge role to play and started the ball rolling: over the course of 2 years I became a Reiki teacher/master myself.
In 2015 visiting my family in Russia I met my ‘to be’ teacher at the first Russian School of Relaxology and over the next four years I got trained in Neuro Relaxation (deep healing relaxation), Relaxing Yoga massage (Lazy Yoga/Thai bodywork), Relaxation with oil, Deep Face relaxation with jade/rose quartz rollers and brushes.
Just after arriving to UK in 2017 I took courses in Indian Head Massage and Thai Foot & Hand Massage.
As a therapist I work from a place of an open heart, compassion and acceptance to allow the client to relax and let go of the stress.
I offer the following bespoke treatments where each and every session is different to meet the client’s needs and expectations:
-Deep full body relaxation session which combines different relaxation techniques such as acupressure (pressure to energy lines and points) , pulsing (gentle rocking of the body), energy massage, vibration massage (‘samurai’ massage with bamboo sticks/brush), gentle stretching. The session is given on the floor and received fully clothed.
The session helps to release blockages, tension in muscles, relieve stress and promote relaxation. In addition this treatment boosts circulation, stimulates endorphins – ‘feel good hormons’ (body’s natural painkillers and mood regulators), invigorate the nervous system, improve circulation of blood and lymph. Vibrations from bamboo sticks also relieve stress and tension in the muscles, unblock the energy in the body.
– The session lasts for about 90 min
– Deep face relaxation with jade/rose quartz rollers and brushes. I start a session with full body relaxation through different techniques such as pulsing, acupressure, vibration massage, gentle stretching. Then it’s the face relaxation with rollers and brushes to end the session.
The session helps to release blockages, tension in muscles, relieve stress and promote relaxation. In addition this treatment boosts circulation, stimulates endorphins – ‘feel good hormones’ (body’s natural painkillers and mood regulators), invigorate the nervous system, improve circulation of blood and lymph. Face relaxation with rollers and brushes reduces inflammation and tension, relaxes facial expressions, softens the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles (Botox and injections free beauty), improves skin elasticity, evens skin tone, and reduces puffiness and dark circles under the eyes.
The session lasts for about 90 min
-Foot oil massage ‘Seven Lakes’ which originally came from Japan. A very relaxing treatment where I’ll be working with your feet and lower leg.
Working with some energy points on the feet and energy lines on the lower leg during the treatment frees blockages in energy lines, gives a general feeling of well being (balances body, mind and spirit), invigorates the nervous system, relieves pain and muscle tension, increases flexibility in joints.
The session lasts for about 60 min
The above sessions are the main ones I offer but would be happy to give Indian Head Massage, Thai Foot & Hand Massage, Reiki, distant Reiki on request.
Wolfgang has worked and lived in Scotland for almost 20 years and is a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist and life coach. He offers both hypnotherapy as well as coaching sessions.
Most issues such as phobias or unwanted habits can be dealt with in 1 or 2 hypnotherapy sessions, however weight loss or eating disorder might need up to 5 sessions.
Brian, a Golf Professional, had lost his enthusiasm for the game and was struggling with his swing:
“The difference in my game after one session is incredible. I am hitting the ball extremely well and the fun and enjoyment of actually practising and playing is something that I haven’t experienced in almost a decade. I feel completely different about every aspect of my game to the point of I cannot wait to get out and hit balls. I cannot thank you enough for what you gave me from our hypnotherapy session together! Thanks again!”
Rachel had developed an anxiety towards flying:
“I can’t believe the difference my time with you has made. I have to fly with both my work and family life, and my fear was beginning to seriously take over my thoughts and life with full blown anxiety attacks every time I had to fly. Following a session with you though, my most recent flight was a complete revelation – I felt calm, in control and detached from any previous worries. It’s quite unbelievable what a difference the session has made! Thank you so much.”
Paul is a Clinical Psychologist who specialises in providing psychological therapy for adults experiencing a range of emotional and behavioral difficulties. He has worked in various psychological services in the NHS over the past 8 years and also works independently. He has experience of working with individuals facing a range of difficulties including, for example, depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, difficulties managing emotions, grief, and adjustment difficulties.
Paul completed his undergraduate degree in psychology in 2007 at Strathclyde University. Since then he has also completed a MSc. in Psychological Therapies in Primary Care at the University of Dundee and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Newcastle University. As well as this, Paul also has a postgraduate diploma in Forensic Psychological Studies from The Open University.
The psychological therapy Paul offers will draw on a range of evidence-based cognitive and behavioral psychotherapies and, in particular, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT). Within individual psychological therapy, it is important for clients to develop a safe, confidential and supportive therapeutic relationship with their clinical psychologist as this provides the foundation to explore and understand their difficulties. Then, by supporting clients to make changes in their thinking and behavior to reduce their distress and improve their psychological functioning, psychological therapy can have a profoundly positive effect on each client’s life.
As a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, Paul is a member of the British Psychological Society’s Division of Clinical Psychology and is also registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Paul will usually meet with clients weekly or fortnightly, but this can be discussed and agreed on an individual basis. To make an appointment with Paul, you can contact him on 07738689953 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Following this, you will initially be offered a free 15 minute telephone consultation with Paul to discuss your difficulties in more depth and arrange a formal appointment if appropriate.

Shirley found herself being drawn to healing not long after she was married in 1969. She joined a Yoga class at the Westbank Healing Centre in Strathmiglo owned by Major and Mrs Mc Manaway and eventually became involved in helping at the centre. She taught Yoga and developed her healing skills.
After moving to Kinross and assisting as a dog trainer, Shirley found she wanted to work with animals. In 2012 she passed her pet whisperers course. Being able to communicate with animals is amazing.
In 2013 she passed stage one Reiki and stage two in 2015. This opened the doors to being able to apply her healing skills to people as well as animals.
As a hobby for a number of years Shirley has made costume jewellery mostly from semi precious stones, but after receiving a Diploma as a Crystal Therapist in June 2016 she is now making chakra jewellery for healing purposes that helps to keep the body in balance.
Her jewellery is displayed in Heart and Soul Holistic Centre.
It is practical but also very powerful. It works quickly to give you grace, balance and most of all the ability to remain calm, centred and clear through life’s challenges. As you practise Kundalini Yoga you will grow. You will gain new perspectives and capacities, as well as habits that support a healthy lifestyle. The best part is you don’t need any previous experience in yoga in order to achieve results with your very first class. Kundalini Yoga is spiritual but not religious and people of all faiths or no particular faith will benefit from practicing it.
In 2006 I completed my Hatha Yoga Teacher Training. From then and until now I teach weekly classes, mainly in the Fife and Kinross area. I have taught in various venues such as; Studios, Schools, Women’s refuge centres and Fitness Clubs. In 2013 I attended a retreat in Nepal which was mainly for Yoga, Meditation & Philosophy, this also included lots of arduous walks, it was very much a Mind and Body workout! Whilst in Thailand I attended a Buddhist Retreat Centre where I was instructed in Buddhist Philosophy and Practices, which included Classic Hatha Yoga and Meditation.
A Hatha Yoga teacher graduating from local yoga school Jyoti Yoga in 2017. Her friendly, welcoming style of teaching makes all those who attend her class feel comfortable. With a love for nature and the great outdoors Catharine promotes a yoga practise for a strong body and mind.
Astrologer – Birth Charts – Personal Development -EFT – Mindfulness
Almost 4 decades of experience working as an Astrologer and in Personal Development mainly through psychotherapy training in a spiritual therapy. During this time Dawne has added many skills to her tool box and adds new tools almost on a daily basis!
Dawne’s life path has included many inspiring teachers in very diverse schools of thought and belief. Through them she has gained many insights into how the planetary energies and the Law of Attraction underpin all of the major forms of philosophy and spirituality. Her intention is to live, love and prosper and enable her clients to do the same.
“We are living in exciting times now, with the shifts in global consciousness and the development of personal opportunities within that shift. My life task as I see and experience it is to enable clients to engage with joy and enthusiasm in these changes for the betterment of their own lives and those of their friends, families and associates – in other words – in their worlds and ultimately, the World at large.”
EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy) – It is also known as Energy Therapy or Tapping and it acknowledges the fact that we are all energy at our purest form. This therapy involves using the acupuncture points, happily without the needles. It is very effective, particularly with trauma reactions, body pains that seem locked in and negative personal beliefs that keep us unable to move forward into leading fulfilling and creative lives.
After graduating with a law degree in 2005, Lindy started a career in financial crime within the banking industry. Her world was turned upside down when she became critically ill in 2009 at the age of 26. She had a long and difficult recovery which continues to this day.
This recovery has lead Lindy down a different life path. After attending a chair yoga rehabilitation class her love for yoga was ignited. Its healing effects continue to amaze her. With the help of a dear friend and mentor she intends to become a yoga teacher.
She hopes to teach accessible yoga to people like her who find a standard exercise class difficult. Through yoga and then meditation she met Zoe, who helped her process and deal with the emotional trauma. Zoe has encouraged, helped her regain her confidence and has become a dear friend and mentor.
